Booking Policies
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our booking polices provided on our website. Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation. Please read these Booking Policies carefully before using our services.
- Promotion Restrictions
- Early bird and long stay discounts cannot be combined.
- Early bird and long stay discounts are not applicable during peak season.
- Early bird or long stay discounts can be combined with only one set of value-added benefits.
- Early bird, long stay discounts, and value-added benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or added on top of existing hotel packages.
- Terms of Payment
The full pre-payment is required for all confirmed reservations, prior to arrival or all service sessions will be subject to auto-cancellation by following pre-payment due dates. Any reservation is not guaranteed by full pre-payment may be subject to cancellation by the Hotel.

- Cancellation Penalty
Any cancellation and reduction in number of accommodations may be subject to penalty charges as below
| 01 Nov 2023 – 23 Dec 2023 | : 50% of total booking will be charged if cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival |
| 24 Dec 2023 – 10 Jan 2024 | : 100 % of total booking will be charged if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival |
| 11 Jan 2024 – 31 Mar 2024 | : 50% of total booking will be charged if cancellation is less than 21 days prior to arrival |
| 01 Apr 2024 – 31 Oct 2024 | : 50% of total booking will be charged if cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival |
- Non-Arrival & Early Check-Out Policy
In the event of guest non-arrival or early check-out, the Hotel will charge a fee equal to the full length of stay.
- Arrival, Departure and Extension Policy
Check in time is at 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). The Hotel will do its best to have the room available for early arrival when notified in advanced. In order to guarantee the use of the room for early check-in, a full night charge will be applied. Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure. Extension of stay is subject to space and rate availability.
- Extended Checkout
The Hotel may allow an extended checkout subject to room availability and the following charges (unless specified otherwise in writing by the Hotel) shall apply:

| On arrival on guest request | 50% of Best Available Rates | 100% of Best Available Rates |
In the event that the late checkout cannot be extended in the room that the guests are staying in, the Hotel shall reserve the right to make any alternative arrangements subject to room availability. That is, the benefit may still be extended at the prevailing rates of the applicable accommodation type. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Hotel reserves the sole right and discretion to grant any guest a late checkout at no charge.
