Inspired by the Thailand Biennale Phuket 2025–26, this program invites you to restore balance and connect with Phuket’s vibrant cultural energy.

What to Expect

• DIY Welcome Drinks: Craft your own refreshing Cucumber Mint Cooler or energizing Lemon Ginger Zest, using natural ingredients to support digestion and vitality.
• Breath & Balance Rotations: Join small-group sessions of guided breathing and Huber balance training to ease stress and enhance posture.
• Nutrition Station: Discover hormone-friendly snacks like hummus with veggie sticks, chia pudding shots, yogurt with seeds, and egg & cucumber bites, designed to nourish and balance.
• Sunset Mindfulness: Reflect and recharge with a two-minute guided breathing practice by the pool as the sun sets, embracing calm and gratitude.
• Artist Talk: Hear from Napaphat Niamkhunthod of 99 Art Studio as she shares the inspiration behind her ocean-inspired seascapes, evoking themes of flow and renewal.
